Duties & Responsibilities of Editors
Editors should
– responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published.
– guided by the policies of the journal’s editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements, copyright infringement and plagiarism.
– evaluate manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
– always be willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed
– maintain the integrity of the academic record

Duties & Responsibilities of Authors;
Authors should
– required to agree with this open access policy which enables unrestricted access and reuse of all published articles
– take collective responsibility for submitted and published work
– adhere to publication requirements that submitted work is original, is not plagiarised, and has not been published elsewhere
– should present their results clearly, honestly, and without fabrication, falsification or inappropriate data manipulation

Duties & Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers should
– only agree to review manuscripts for which they have the subject expertise required to carry out a proper assessment and which they can assess in a timely manner
– not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor
– respect the confidentiality of peer review and not reveal any details of a manuscript or its review, during or after the peer-review process, beyond those that are released by the journal
– be done their job objectively
– express their views clearly with supporting arguments
– acknowledge that peer review is largely a reciprocal endeavour and undertake to carry out their fair share of reviewing and in a timely manner
